Logistics Services Management Analyst Make a difference. In this role, you assess the current situation, evaluate problems, opportunities, and risks. You analyze and optimize business processes and, if necessary, organize training sessions and workshops, whether in Berne or throughout Switzerland. You structure and document technical and procedural requirements in the appropriate tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). In collaboration with various stakeholders, you develop solution approaches, prepare business cases, and verify their completeness and accuracy against the corresponding detailed IT concepts and requirements. In addition, you support specialized services and the IT/Technology unit in the design and implementation of new systems and processes. Finally, you act as an interface between Business and IT and ensure that requirements are optimally transposed into technical solutions. If necessary, you support Portfolio Management in the implementation, management, and development of an effective portfolio of projects and initiatives. What you bring. You hold a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences (or equivalent training) and have a strong affinity for IT. You have several years of experience in business analysis. Methods and tools in the field of requirements engineering, business process analysis, and project management approaches such as Hermes and Scrum are part of your daily routine. Thanks to your deep understanding of operating processes and process automation, you are able to design efficient solutions. Ideally, you also have experience in the field of logistics. You are able to quickly transform complex technical requirements into innovative and practical solutions, and you know how to respond in a targeted manner to customer needs. You demonstrate quick-wittedness, a strong ability to assert yourself, a strong sense of responsibility, and great autonomy. Finally, you never lose sight of the essentials, even in difficult situations. You have very good knowledge of a first national language, both spoken and written, and you have good knowledge (oral B2) of German as well as English. Your salary. We offer a fair salary which, depending on experience and skills, evolves between CHF 130’100 and CHF 145’100 per year (100% employment rate).
