Central Valais For one of our clients, a medico-social establishment recognized for the quality of its support for elderly people, we are looking for Health Care Assistants (m/f) for short and long-term temporary missions. Health Care Assistant (m/f) Your mission Within a multidisciplinary team, you actively participate in the well-being and comfort of the residents: Accompany residents in daily life activities Perform hygiene and comfort care while respecting the dignity of individuals Assist in the mobilization and movement of residents Collaborate with nursing teams and transmit useful observations Participate in relational support and the maintenance of social links Ensure the physical and moral well-being of residents Your profile CRS Health Care Assistant training or an equivalent title Experience in EMS or in the field of care, an asset Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills Empathy, patience and kindness Ability to work autonomously and in a team Availability for variable schedules (morning, evening, weekend) We offer you Temporary missions adapted to your availability A human and kind working environment An enriching experience within a recognized structure Personalized support throughout your missions Interested?
