Probation Officer (M/F) at 60-80%

Mission: The occupancy rate may be subject to increase up to 100% in 2027. Please indicate your desired occupancy rate in your application. You ensure the socio-judicial follow-up of persons placed under probation assistance mandates with the aim of preventing them from committing new offenses and promoting their reintegration. You ensure the application and respect of criminal sanctions, substitute measures, and rules of conduct imposed by the judicial and administrative authorities. You mandate and coordinate the professional network necessary for the care of the persons concerned. You assume the social assistance assigned to persons incarcerated in Jurassian detention establishments. You receive requests for social assistance, compile files, and prepare budgets according to the law on social assistance in the cases assigned to probation. Profile: You hold a HE degree or a university degree at bachelor level in social work or training and experience deemed equivalent (criminology, psychology). You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position. You have the capacity to handle complex psychosocial situations. You have a sense of organization and priorities, as well as an analytical mind. You are recognized for your communication skills and have the ability to conduct individual interviews with a public that may present multiple psychosocial needs. You have proven writing skills and are comfortable writing reports for judicial and administrative authorities. An extract from the criminal record will be requested during the qualification procedure. You hold a driver's license (category B).
