Administrative Lawyer, 80% The Motor Vehicle Control is responsible for the admission of persons, road vehicles, and ships to traffic, as well as for checking the operational safety of road vehicles and ships in traffic or to be newly admitted within the framework of technical inspections. Your responsibility You process legal issues in the areas of public law, criminal law, and civil law and draft decrees, consultations, and memorandums. In the area of administrative measures, you assume legal responsibility and lead the employees in a technical capacity. You advise the office management and the employees on all legal matters and provide legal information to third parties. Furthermore, you analyze legal developments, lead or accompany revision projects, optimize processes with regard to new legal requirements, and ensure internal knowledge management. Your profile You have a university degree in law and several years of professional experience, preferably supplemented with experience in specialist leadership. In addition, you have sound knowledge of public law, criminal and civil law, as well as experience in drafting decrees, consultations, and memorandums.
