We are looking for our sites in Saxon and Martigny: Mental Health Nurses at 60-100% ## Mental Health Nurses at 60-100% ## You will ensure high-quality psychiatric follow-up at home, your mission will be to accompany clients and their loved ones in their care journey. As a true reference point, you will contribute to the prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation, while promoting autonomy and social inclusion. By working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will play an essential role in maintaining our clients at home. What we are looking for: • A Bachelor's degree in nursing sciences or equivalent title; • A CAS in psychiatry (an asset); • Experience in psychiatric care; • Experience in the field of home care and support (an asset); • The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and autonomously; • Knowledge of the health, social, and associative network of the Canton; • Reflectivity and adaptability; • Mastery of common computer tools; • Mobile person (comfortable with mountain driving).
