To this end, we offer 148 residential places in various forms of living as well as 175 sheltered workplaces. Additionally, 90 places are available in the daycare center. As of 1. November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a SPECIALIST FUNDRAISING (50%) (F/M/D) Focus foundation fundraising Your area of responsibility Development of a structured foundation management as well as, in the medium term, the development of a structured legacy program; development of a culture of appreciation and long-term binding of donors Systematic research and qualification of relevant funding foundations (regional and national), as well as identification of companies from the region and building of relationships for a partnership; development of a donor journey and ensuring reporting and accounting Preparation and submission of funding applications in consultation with the department and management Active thinking about which existing and future offers could be interesting for funding foundations Analysis of rejections and feedback for continuous application optimization Collaboration with the communications manager in implementing the communication strategy with a clear fundraising focus What you bring with you Education in the field of Marketing / Business Administration / Project Management and further training in fundraising (e.g., ZHAW, CEPS Basel or comparable) Mandatory at least 2-3 years of professional experience in fundraising in the NPO sector and proven experience in preparing funding applications to foundations as well as project reports Proficient German skills (native language or C2); French and English skills are an advantage (for relationship management with international funding partners from the region) High appearance and social competence, as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders Experience in managing funding relationships Experience in the social sector and connection to the Unterland/Glattal region is a definite plus We offer you a meaningful and varied activity with much responsibility and great creative freedom.
