To strengthen the sales team, we are looking for a customer- and service-oriented personality as a Technical Key Account Manager. Technical Key Account Manager Are you experienced in dealing with people, speak foreign languages, and feel comfortable in internal sales? As a Technical Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the support of our international sales partners and business customers (Europe and worldwide) through the entire customer management from the offer to the delivery of the products. Furthermore, it is one of your essential tasks to support the sales staff working in the department in the office and to provide optimal assistance through your sound specialist knowledge. Main tasks Maintenance and expansion of existing company accounts Technical and commercial processing and coordination of customer projects - from the customer inquiry to delivery Creation of project documentation, price lists, and offers Interface between customers, sales, development, and production As a competent contact person for technical questions, you stand by customers, field service, and representatives in a supporting and advisory capacity Your qualifications for this position This diverse and demanding task requires basic technical training as a mechanical engineer, HTL engineer in micromechanics or similar with corresponding experience in the electronic / mechanical environment as well as technical or commercial further training You have already gained experience in a comparable area of responsibility A structured working style, independence, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality characterize you You are interested in new things and a wide range of tasks appeals to you You are used to working in a team and supporting your colleagues as needed You have good computer skills, MS-Office, possibly SAP Business-fluent language skills in German, Italian, and English (spoken and written) are required – further language skills are a plus Readiness for occasional business trips is required.
