Bern (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Strategic positioning and co-shaping of Switzerland's relations with important partner states in the finance and tax sectors • Maintaining the Office's relations with the private sector as well as with domestic and foreign partner authorities • Development and implementation of strategies for an attractive Swiss finance and tax location • Preparation of decision-making and planning bases as well as visit documentation for the department and office management • Co-shaping of cross-departmental transversal topics, namely market access, competitiveness and regulatory projects <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed university degree, ideally in law • Initial professional experience in functions with a close connection to the finance and tax sector, foreign financial policy or international tax issues • Sound knowledge of strategic financial sector issues, including the regulatory frameworks, and Swiss tax policy • Enjoyment of conceptual and analytical work as well as strategic considerations on financial market policy, including the regulatory frameworks • Strong ability to penetrate complex issues, develop innovative solution approaches and prepare strategic recommendations for action • Interest in mobile forms of work and competent handling of the digital working world • Very good knowledge of two official languages and English as well as passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In a nutshell You are familiar with Swiss financial market law and enjoy strategic questions and conceptual work?
