Active Directory Engineer (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an Active Directory Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for strengthening the existing team as part of a 6-month mission (non-renewable) at 100%, starting from September 1, 2026\. Your mission Ensure the administration and daily operation of the AD environment. Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units, and various directory objects. Administer, maintain, and control GPO group policies. Supervise the proper functioning of domains and domain controllers, then handle operational incidents. Execute change requests and routine operations in accordance with procedures and the security requirements of the banking sector. Your profile Proven experience of at least 5 years in the administration and operation of Active Directory environments. Mastery of users, groups, GPOs, objects, domains, domain controllers, DNS, and replication mechanisms. Experience with an Active Directory environment comprising multiple domains and domain controllers. RUN-oriented profile, autonomous, rigorous, and capable of becoming quickly operational within an existing team. Residency in Switzerland mandatory and 100% availability from September 1, 2026; no on-call duty is planned.
