Finance & Management Support Specialist 80 - 90 % Tasks: • You will take on a versatile role with responsibility and variety. In the finance area, you are responsible for the collection of guest taxes, manage our digital registration system, and support our partners with questions regarding its application. • Together with our external accountant, you will ensure a smooth process for our financial administration. This includes dunning processes, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, cash management, as well as participation in monthly and annual closings, forecasts, budgeting, and audits. • You will also actively participate in personnel administration: You support entries and exits, time recording, and recruiting, as well as other administrative tasks. • In management support, you maintain our CRM system, conduct tourism monitoring, prepare statistics and key figures, and create presentations and decision-making bases. Furthermore, you coordinate organizational processes and assist in the organization of employee events. Requirements: • You have a commercial vocational training and bring professional experience in finance and accounting as well as knowledge in personnel administration and project management. • You work independently, structured, and precisely, think in networks, and maintain an overview even in a varied working day. • You enjoy working with numbers, are digitally savvy, and approach new tools and processes openly. • With your service-oriented manner, your organizational talent, and your reliable way of working, you are a valued contact person for internal and external partners. • Discretion in handling confidential information is a matter of course for you.
