Your Profile Dipl. Architect / Technician / Construction Manager structural engineering. Sound specialist knowledge in the field of construction design and construction management. Several years of professional experience. Cost/quality awareness, teamwork, good communication skills. Social competence, leadership qualities, quick comprehension, assertiveness. Good MS-Office knowledge, Messerli Bauad advantageous. Good German and Italian skills (spoken and written). Your Tasks Realization of structural engineering projects in the area of new construction and renovation. Tendering and awarding processes. Work coordination on construction sites (construction start to warranty acceptance). Management and coordination of work processes, tendering and construction execution. Schedule planning.
