Deputy to the Head of the Technical Service (m/f/d) - CDI - 80 to 100% - Sion# Your missions: * You occupy a key, versatile, and highly responsible role within our structure by forming a strong duo with our Head of the Technical Service. Your working time is ideally shared between the field, where you pilot and participate in daily maintenance, and project management, MSST safety, and administrative support. Maintenance management and field interventions: • You pilot daily preventive and curative maintenance activities in collaboration with the department manager and actively participate in complex technical interventions on the field alongside the team. • You ensure the proper functioning, operation, and daily maintenance of all our industrial infrastructure and buildings (production center in Sion, points of sale, administrative spaces). • You intervene on a very wide technical perimeter including CVC, electrical, industrial fluids, and specific production equipment. • You manage technical emergencies directly on the field, diagnose faults efficiently, and make immediate decisions necessary to minimize production downtime. • You structure and implement our CMMS tool to ensure complete traceability of interventions, planning of team tasks, and rigorous monitoring of spare parts inventory. • You coordinate the interventions of external service providers and ensure technical follow-up of their maintenance contracts with the department manager. Projects, MSST Safety, and Administration: • You closely collaborate with the external MSST specialist to diagnose existing conditions, deploy and maintain our new corporate safety concept, and quickly correct identified deviations. • You act as an internal safety coordinator: you take charge of all administrative management related to safety, assess risks on the field, and update emergency plans. • You participate in continuous improvement projects, technical rearrangement, or energy management optimization. • You actively support the manager in the overall administrative management of the service, staff planning, and team supervision. What you bring: • You have a technical CFC (mechanics, electrical engineering, or maintenance domain) ideally complemented by a Federal Certificate of Maintenance Agent or equivalent training. • You benefit from at least 5 years of experience in multi-technical industrial maintenance (electricity, CVC, automation, fluids) and infrastructure management. • You have a strong sensitivity to workplace safety; safety training, a COSEC/PERCO certificate, or equivalent is an asset. • You justify experience in personnel supervision. • You are also comfortable on the field for technical interventions and in front of a computer for administrative management, projects, and safety. • You possess excellent organizational, anticipatory, and process structuring skills, and you manage the unexpected with a solution-oriented spirit. • You demonstrate rigor, reliability, and an excellent team spirit. • You hold a driving license necessary for travel to our different sites. • You offer great availability and flexibility, particularly to actively participate in the on-call service.
