In this context, we are currently looking for a: CNC Operator-Adjuster (2x8 hours or night shifts) (100%) ## 2-year CDD | Watchmaking | Neuchâtel Mountains Your tasks: • Perform adjustments and start-ups of 5-axis CNC milling and turning machines • Monitor the production of watch components • Perform visual and dimensional checks (Marcel Aubert, 3D machine, Comparator) • Load parts and perform milling and turning operations on watch components • Change cutting tools and program corrections • Ensure cleaning, chip removal and lubrication of machines (1st level maintenance) Your profile: • CFC production mechanic or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in adjusting CNC machines of the milling or turning type 5 axes (Willemin Macodel, Chiron, Bumotec S191, Bumotec neo) • Knowledge of Fanuc commands • Good mastery of usual dimensional control tools (micrometer, Marcel Aubert and 3D control) • Methodical, careful, rigorous and conscientious • Ability to manage priorities • Experience in the manufacture of watch or jewelry components, on 5-axis CNC machines You will work in a dynamic and creative context.
