60--100 % as of January 1, 2027 Leadership activities at least 50 % Your responsibilities <br /> • As Vice Principal, you will lead the school in collaboration with the Principal and three other Vice Principals, working as a team in pedagogical, personnel, and organizational matters. • Your tasks will include general school development topics, personnel responsibility, quality assurance and development, as well as organization of school events, taking on cross-departmental leadership tasks. • You will be specifically responsible for the Technical ICT Support department and the organization of final exams, as well as grade management. • Other major areas of work within the framework of year-level responsibility include career counseling, handling vacation requests, complaint and disciplinary procedures, gifted and talented support, as well as exchange and mobility programs. • The counseling of students and their parents will be at the center of this. <br /> Your background <br /> • You have a teaching diploma for secondary level II with several years of teaching experience at this level. • You have experience in school development. • You are interested in change processes and educational policy issues.
