Machine Operator / Production Plant Setter (m/f/d) Main tasks Operating, monitoring and feeding our production plants Setting up and adjusting the machines during product changes (after introduction) Ongoing quality control of the manufactured parts as well as rework and sorting out rejects Documentation of production data and reporting of malfunctions Minor maintenance and cleaning work on the machines Packing, picking and general support in the production process Profile Experience in industrial production, ideally as a semi-skilled worker on machines Advantageous: Practice on plastic injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, , Netstal, Krauss Maffei) – career changers with machine experience from other areas are also welcome Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2/C1) – mandatory requirement for safety instructions, work instructions and communication in the team Technical understanding, manual dexterity and a careful, quality-conscious way of working Willingness to work shifts (two shifts) Reliability, teamwork and physical resilience Valid work permit for Switzerland or residence in Switzerland We offer Thorough introduction and practical training by an experienced coach Workload of 80–100 % Above-average remuneration, coordinated to your education and experience Careful induction at our plants and the opportunity to develop further A small, well-coordinated team with short decision-making paths Modern, clean workplace and a secure employer Parking space, further training, 5 weeks vacation Interested?
