Project Manager

In the Facility \& Real Estate Services area, over 470 employees from around 44 nations work. The area provides central infrastructural services such as cleaning, laundry and bedding supply, as well as the management of staff apartments, rooms, parking spaces and properties. The goal is to provide efficient, economical and high-quality services for patients, employees and visitors. To further develop the Facility \& Real Estate Services area, we are looking for a committed and implementation-strong personality. What awaits you <br /> • Leadership and coordination of demanding projects within the Facility \& Real Estate Services area with a focus on operational development, standardization, processes and transformation • Analysis, standardization and optimization of existing service flows, process chains, roles, interfaces and control instruments • Development of target images, decision-making bases, concepts, business cases, process designs and implementation roadmaps • Participation in the development and further development of uniform standards, ways of working, key figures as well as quality and control processes • Coordination of cooperation with internal stakeholders such as nursing, clinics, HR, finance, IT, purchasing, logistics, cleaning and technology • Active shaping of change management, communication, reporting and management analyses for the strategic and operational further development of the area <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Higher business or technical education, ideally in Facility Management, business administration, healthcare, process management, organizational development or a comparable field of study • Several years of experience in leading complex projects with a focus on process optimization, standardization, operational organization or transformation • Experience in service management, facility management, logistics, healthcare or in another large, complex operational organization • Strong understanding of operational processes as well as the ability to analyze, standardize and transfer processes into practical solutions • High analytical and conceptual skills, structured way of working, implementation strength and strong service and quality orientation • Communicative personality with a confident appearance, experience in stakeholder management and very good German and IT user skills <br /> Our offer <br /> • Demanding and strategically relevant challenge with scope for design • Opportunity to actively help shape the further development of the Facility \& Real Estate Services area • Interdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic, complex and meaningful environment • Varied tasks at the interface of strategy, operations, processes and implementation • Motivated and committed team with high professional diversity • Attractive employment and working conditions • Training and further education opportunities <br /> Questions about the position?
