We are looking for support for our HR team at the location in Bern. HR Business Partner This is what you can achieve with us. You are a sparring partner for our managers in all HR-relevant topics. You advise supervisors on matters of personnel management and support employees with HR concerns. You implement all HR life cycle topics (e.g., End-Year Process, Talent Management, Case Management) for around 160 employees. You take over the recruitment of new talents and promote internal talent management at all levels. What sets you apart. A completed commercial apprenticeship with HR-specific further training (e.g., eidg. Fachausweis). At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR function. You are an open, personable individual with a professional appearance and you enjoy working with managers. You work independently, solution-oriented and have a good sense for people.
