For our Delémont site, we are looking for a Versatile Administrative Assistant (Production & Logistics management) 60% (m/f/d) Versatile Administrative Assistant (Production & Logistics management) 60% (m/f/d) Your tasks: Daily monitoring of quantities produced in the bottling workshop and maintenance of administrative records; Managing department stocks optimally with internal and external partners; Actively participating in the entry of material and exit of products, including with a forklift; Recording quantities in the systems, including maintaining monthly and annual inventories as well as managing invoices and credit notes related to products and external warehouses; Active participation in weekly planning meetings to anticipate production needs; Filing and archiving certificates of analysis (CoA) for each product delivered; Preferably a daily presence in the morning and evening. Your skills: Technical-oriented commercial training or logistician (CFC), proficient in spreadsheets and an ERP; Good document management and stock accounting (in/out); Very good mastery of office tools Excel & Word, having experience with an ERP; Comfortable with office tasks as well as in the warehouse with a forklift; The possession of a forklift license is desired; willingness to obtain it is indispensable; Willing to travel to different sites (driver's license mandatory); Irreproachable posture regarding alcohol; Precision, autonomy, perseverance, ability to work alone, communication and adaptability; Experience as a firefighter desired.
