Lutisbach offers young people a stable living space in which they are accompanied in their development and supported in achieving individual goals. In two residential groups, we care for 20 children and adolescents aged 5 to 15 years. Additionally, in our external residential group Room 4 U, we accompany up to eight adolescents and young adults from age 16 until the completion of their training. To strengthen a team in the main building, we are looking for a committed social pedagogical team leader. Your tasks • Professional and personnel leadership of a social pedagogical team • Responsibility for organizational and administrative processes including work planning • Leading crisis and location meetings • Collaboration in the management team • Active care and accompaniment of the young people in everyday group life • Assumption of social pedagogical services, including night and weekend shifts • Planning and design of leisure activities • Assumption of department and project tasks Your profile • Completed studies in Social Pedagogy, Early Childhood Pedagogy FH/HF, Social Work or equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland • Team leadership training or willingness to complete it • Leadership experience is an advantage • Professional experience in inpatient work with children and adolescents in a similar institution • Confident written expression, experience in documentation and good IT skills • Resilience, teamwork skills and enjoyment of conceptual further development • Strong relationship and conflict competence as well as professional handling of proximity and distance • Willingness to work irregular hours (evening, weekend service, night standby) • Driver's license category B We offer • A responsible leadership task in a committed, professionally strong team • Scope for creativity for own ideas and developments • Further training opportunities and regular supervision • Contemporary employment conditions and attractive additional benefits Are you an initiative, reflective and humorous personality who also makes clear, situation-appropriate decisions in demanding situations, competently accompanies young people and supports the social pedagogical employees?
