• 20 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Bottmingen • Ensure planning, scheduling, validation and printing of customer and production orders according to resources • Monitoring & optimization of the production and delivery plan • Control of stocks and material flow • Creation and maintenance of work plans and bills of materials in the ERP • Verification and correction of standard times in the ERP • Collection and analysis of key indicators • Participation and conducting of meetings and conferences • Ensure the interface between different departments • Participation in optimization projects • Basic technical training completed with additional training as a process specialist, HF process technician • Several years of experience in production planning • Perfect command of German and English orally and in writing, other languages an asset • Mastery of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as MS-Projects • Experience in the use of ERP • Basic knowledge of Lean Management • Strong analytical skills • Strongly connected mindset (transversality between departments and functions) • Knowledge of project management an asset • Knowledge of SAP / InforCOM an asset An interesting, demanding and varied position awaits you within a committed and well-established team.
