In the direct/exclusive order of our client, a renowned, market-leading construction and industrial trading company with its headquarters in Zürich Ost (full home office/AD activity given), we are looking for a (exclusively) Regional Sales Manager/Customer Advisor AD Construction/Industry # immediately or by agreement. In this versatile function, you advise customers in the areas of construction/modular construction/event construction and industry on the renowned products (machines, devices, industrial cranes, etc.) in sales as well as rental and take care of the Central Switzerland region (LU, UR, NW, OW, SZ & ZG). You are part of a dynamic, collegial team of customer advisors and are directly subordinate to the Sales Director Switzerland. As a competent contact person for construction and industry, you take care of existing customers and continuously expand your customer base through optimal market development. You visit customers, conduct needs analyses, and create specific offers. You train customers in the application of the products, conduct demonstrations on site, and participate in various trade fairs. Furthermore, you work closely with the sales back office, order processing (rental/purchase contracts), as well as marketing and scheduling, and are in regular exchange with the sales management and management. The participation in sales-related special projects makes your activity even more exciting. This gives you the chance to actively help shape the growth/development of the market in a leading SME in Switzerland. Our client offers you an exciting task in a company with leading products/brands in its industry and attractive employment conditions (e.g., flexible workplaces, modern infrastructure (also for home office), company car, etc.). To master this versatile challenge optimally, you bring an completed technical basic training (industrial or construction branch) and have ideally further educated yourself commercially or in sales (e.g., technical merchant, sales specialist). Additionally, you have several years of experience in sales and customer consulting (field service), which you have been able to gather in a company in the industry/construction or technology environment. Good market and regional knowledge (ideally Central CH) in the construction and industry sector are also desirable. You communicate stylishly in German, further language skills are an advantage.
