Technician HF Construction Planning

Your tasks: • Planning and developing projects directly on the digital 3D model • Collaboration in all planning phases – from building survey via preliminary project and building application to execution and detail planning • Developing constructive and technical solutions in timber construction • Close cooperation with project and construction management • Cross-cutting coordination of all internal and external planning participants (specialist planners, specialists, internal team) • Insight into and collaboration in construction administration (Messerli programs) Your profile: • You have completed training as a Technician HF Construction Planning, the willingness to do so, or have a comparable qualification • Joy in architecture, timber construction, and clean, well-thought-out solutions • Interest in digital planning, 3D models, and modern working methods • Knowledge of relevant standards and drawing standards in Swiss structural engineering • Cross-disciplinary understanding: architecture, structure, HVACSE, building physics, fire protection • Experience with CAD, ideally ArchiCAD • Experience with Messerli programs is an advantage • Independent, reliable way of working and team spirit • High awareness of quality, as well as the desire to develop further and take on responsibility
