Senior Project Manager: Re-tendering Client Hardware

This contract will be terminated as of 31.12.2027. To ensure the client's supply of client hardware from 01.01.2028 without interruption and on a legally secure contractual basis, the successor solution must be publicly tendered, awarded, contractually concluded, and implemented in a timely manner. Your tasks: • Initialize, structure and lead the project according to HERMES • Develop and maintain the project mandate, project management plan, schedule, budget, resource planning and governance • Update, plausibilize and coordinate demand together with the responsible specialist departments • Concretize the procurement object, lot formation, contract model, options, terms and transition requirements with the stakeholders • Coordinate the technical and organizational preparation of the tender documents • Stakeholder management • Risk, schedule, quality and cost management • Organize and document evaluation, vendor questions, presentations, clarifications and the award recommendation • Prepare contract conclusion and implementation or transition Your profile: • Experience as a project manager according to competence level • Experience with public ICT tenders is mandatory (advantageous in the area of client hardware) • Knowledge in the area of client hardware and workplace • Experience in demand and requirements management is desirable • Knowledge of the project management methodology HERMES, experience in public administrations is desirable • Very good German, French is an advantage
