For our client, we are looking for a cook with EFZ and corresponding work experience. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation and production of meals as well as the daily kitchen processes. Your tasks include, among others, the preparation and production of dishes, compliance with hygiene and quality standards, as well as co-organizing the processes in the kitchen. You work in a structured, clean, and efficient manner and quickly adapt to new kitchens, teams, and processes. The employer has mentioned the following additional tasks: • Preparation and production of warm and cold dishes according to our standards • Preparing mise-en-place for the daily service • Working at various stations (e.g., Gardemanger, Saucier, Entremetier) • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines • Close cooperation with the kitchen team for a smooth process Your profile: You have completed training as a cook EFZ or bring at least seven years of relevant professional experience in the kitchen.
