CTA Campus Manager # In this newly created position, you will take charge of the development and operational management of the new CTA campus in Münsingen. In particular, you will ensure the professional preparation and organization of the training offer; your experience as well as your capacity for innovation are welcome. Furthermore, you will benefit from short decision-making paths in an SME and are supported by colleagues from specialized departments as well as by Product Management. Your field of activity • Development, expansion and operational management of the CTA campus • Definition of the annual program in collaboration with Product Management • Development of concepts for training formats, physical and digital • Preparation of internal specialists who teach the different modules and sustainably retain participants • Assurance of the professional and didactic skills of internal and external trainers • Conducting certain training modules Your background • Training in the HVAC field with higher education • Several years of professional experience as a project manager or in technical / customer service • Interest or experience in adult education, training, didactics • Structured, autonomous and implementation-oriented working method • Appreciation of the mix of conceptual and operational activities • Confident command of German, both oral and written Your perspective You will find interesting work content, good development prospects as well as attractive employment conditions with us.
