Production Planner (m/f) Microelectronics Zürich City The Microdul AG in Zürich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, which are realized in close cooperation with our customers - predominantly in medical technology. Your tasks Planning and approval of production orders (including material preparation) Confirmation of delivery dates and responsibility for their adherence Placing orders with external processors and ensuring timely delivery Contact person for customers for all questions regarding delivery dates and deliveries Interface between production, quality assurance, development, and logistics Key user for the introduction of the new ERP system (Pro Alpha) in the planning area Maintenance of master data in the ERP system and processing of inquiries regarding conflict materials Supporting purchasing in tracking overdue component deliveries General support for other areas within the department during vacation absences or high work volumes Collaboration on projects for process improvement along the entire logistics chain and assistance with customer inventories Deputy for sales internal service & administration What you bring Completed training as a merchant EFZ with corresponding further education 3+ years of professional experience in production planning, ideally in medical technology or electronics manufacturing Independent, structured, and proactive work style as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
