To continue the development of our after-sales service, we are looking for, for Switzerland, mostly in French-speaking Switzerland and attached to our headquarters in Chailly-Montreux, a: EXTERNAL TECHNICIAN FOR KITCHENS (M/F) AT 100% Your challenges You will be in charge of carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance operations on our professional kitchens for our clients. In this context, your missions will be as follows: • Ensure the commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance operations of our professional kitchens to the full satisfaction of the client. • Participate in the installation of appliances and the assembly/ installation of stainless steel furniture. • Deliver appliances, as well as cleaning products to clients. • Perform administrative tasks related to interventions (intervention reports, identification of part references, delivery notes). • Follow up on files from the first intervention to their closure. • Manage the stock of spare parts present in the van. • Ensure the on-call service (occasional work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays). Your profile • CFC in electricity, refrigeration, automation or equivalent training. • Mastery of French. Knowledge of English and/or German is an asset. • Good knowledge of the imperatives of professional kitchens. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office). • Resistance to stress and respect for deadlines. • Relational ease and ability to communicate. • Team spirit.
