Social Pedagogue on a student residential group

Stiftung Schloss Regensberg operates a special education school and a Type A day special education school, with an integrated 15plus special education school, a boarding school for students and learners, various forms of coaching and offers in vocational integration, as well as semi-supervised living forms in youth housing. We care for children, adolescents and young adults with difficulties in personal and/or social development as well as impairments in learning and performance. To strengthen our team, we are looking, by arrangement, for a first-class Social Pedagogue on a student residential group 80-90% ## The position is initially limited to one year, with the option of continued employment. Due to the team constellation, applications from women will be given preferential consideration. We expect • You have a recognized degree in social pedagogy. • You have already completed the further training to become a practical instructor or are willing to complete it. • You are willing to take on night shifts (1-2 per week) and weekend services (approx. 10 per year). • You are willing to participate in a one-week camp per year. • You enjoy and have experience in working with children and adolescents. • You are authentic, communicative, capable of conflict and team-oriented. • You are committed to individual solutions. • You meet challenges with humor and work responsibly.
