As a Visual Content Creator (w/m/d), you will actively shape the visual appearance of HORL. You will develop content that presents our products, our brand, and the people behind it in an authentic and high-quality way. From social media formats to product presentations and event and lifestyle content, you will create visual experiences that will delight our community and further grow our brand world. Your tasks You will be responsible, together with the team, for producing high-quality video formats for the HORL social media channels and will accompany projects from the first idea to planning, shooting, and final release. You will independently implement film and video productions, develop visual concepts, take care of camera work, lighting, and image design, and ensure that our brand is presented consistently and in high quality on all channels. You will be responsible for the post-production of our content, editing videos at the highest level, developing suitable sound concepts, and ensuring through professional color grading that the visual premium claim of HORL is always visible. You will independently develop and produce social media content for our Foodintentions project and create platform-specific content that delights both in terms of content and visuals. You will plan and accompany internal shootings, implement product recordings, and document events and special moments within the company. With a trained eye for detail, you will ensure a high-quality visual presentation of all content. You have several years of practical experience in the fields of videography, film production, and content creation and can prove your work with a meaningful portfolio or showreel. You have an excellent command of professional camera, lighting, and sound technology and can implement productions independently at the highest quality level. You have an excellent command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Ideally, you also have in-depth experience with DaVinci Resolve and professional color grading. You have a pronounced sense of visual language, storytelling, and visual aesthetics and know how to stage content emotionally, in a brand-specific, and platform-specific way. You are familiar with the requirements of modern social media platforms and know how content must be structured to reach and sustainably inspire people. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way, identify with a high quality standard, and have the necessary hands-on mentality to successfully implement projects from the first idea to the final release.
