SORA Rötel is an institution of the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime (zkj) and offers various forms of social pedagogical family support, intensive assessments, visitation and youth support, and services in family care. By arrangement, we are looking for a Social Pedagogical Family Support (40-50%) ## Area of responsibility ### The field of Social Pedagogical Family Support (SPF) comprises a wide range of services in outreach social work with children, adolescents, and families. The goal is to support family systems in situations of stress and overload, to strengthen resources, and to sustainably ensure the well-being of children. This is achieved through direct social pedagogical work at the family's home. SORA Rötel is professionally oriented towards competence- and risk-oriented work with families (KOFA) as well as the professional concept of social space orientation. Requirement profile ### • Training in social work, social pedagogy, special education, or psychology (for foreign degrees with equivalence recognition by the Confederation) • At least two years of professional experience working with families, children, or adolescents (e.g., in residential settings, after-school care, SPF, or similar fields) • Flexibility in working hour scheduling (evenings and weekends are part of the assignment spectrum) • Independent, reflective, and networked way of working • Resilience, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with different family systems • Good written expression skills for reports and documentation • Foreign language skills and intercultural competencies are an advantage We offer ### • A varied, responsible, and demanding activity in a future-oriented and dynamic field of work of an innovative foundation • Professional support through coaching sessions, supervisions, intervisions, and further training (including KOFA basic course) • Attractive employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines, ZVV-Netzpass and Half-Fare travelcard • Own business mobile phone and laptop • Annual working time with great flexibility in the design of working hours Please send your complete application with photo to info.soraroetel@zkj.ch
