Your tasks • Cross-departmental deployment for the areas of mechanics, plastics, and assembly • Maintenance of injection molds as well as support in assembly • Setting up, production release and monitoring, quality control, and logging of products • Problem solving, diagnostics, repairs • Initiating and implementing process improvements via KVP and Lean Manufacturing What you bring with you • Polymechaniker/in EFZ or comparable with professional experience as a mechanic or toolmaker • Hands-on mentality, sense of quality, and joy in practical and exact work • Reliability, flexibility, resilience, and pragmatism for working in an SME • Independence, solution orientation, and high social competence • Competence and willingness for medium-term assumption of responsibility in a line function • Error-free German in spoken and written form, confident handling of common IT and PC applications in the production environment incl. CAQ.
