Family Trainer & Youth Coach (m/f/d) 60 - 80% in the Zürich region & adjacent cantons ## The Stiftung Jugendnetzwerk offers outreach as well as (semi-)residential psychosocial support for adolescents, young adults and families. Our offers are individual, needs- and impact-oriented - from outreach family assistance to accompanied youth housing forms to supervised residential groups. What are the work contents? ### • Social pedagogical family support Support for families in stressful life situations with a focus on upbringing, everyday structure, relationship management and stabilization of the family system and much more. • Individual support Individual, goal-oriented support for children, adolescents or young adults based on defined goals such as, for example, support in searching for an apprenticeship. • Personal care / Youth coaching Relationship-oriented support for adolescents and young adults mainly on behalf of the youth prosecutor's office, with a focus on responsibility, offense processing, everyday structure and perspective development. • Parent coaching Strengthening parental competencies through targeted advice, reflection of own behavior patterns and everyday-related interventions. • Social pedagogical visit accompaniment Professional accompaniment and management of accompanied contacts between children and parents or caregivers. You work cross-sector in the family and youth areas of the Familienaktivierung, which leads to a varied, exciting and meaningful working everyday life. We accompany families and adolescents in challenging life situations, in their living environments - on site. We stay on it, show attitude, are clear in our work and believe that change begins where people feel seen and taken seriously, there a working relationship can arise that positively supports the change process. What you bring ### • Education: Diploma in Social Work/Social Pedagogy HF or FH, Childhood Pedagogy HF, school special education (EDK-recognized), psychology, social/cultural anthropology, educational sciences, clinical special education, popular cultures (at least 60 ECTS), equivalent degree with existing CH-recognition • Professional experience: At least two to three years of professional experience with a 100% workload after completion of training in a field of social work with children, adolescents and families. Part-time activities will be credited accordingly. The required education as well as professional experience must be present.
