In this versatile position, you combine technical expertise with sales skills to actively drive market expansion. You are the central interface between theory and practice, acting as an advisor in the office and directly on the front line on construction sites. With your winning personality, you care for existing customers, open up new target segments and present innovative system solutions. Your tasks: • Carrying out and caring for practical and theoretical training for customers. • Active sales consulting and acquisition of new customers and projects in the construction sector. • Technical analysis and problem-solving directly on site through construction site visits. • Creation of detailed object documents and specific construction recommendations. • Consulting architects during tendering and technical support for planners and builders. Your competencies: • Training as a master builder, construction protection technician, building sealant or screed layer. • At least five years of professional experience in the Swiss construction industry. • Secure handling of the SIA, PAVIDENSA and VSS regulations. • Mandatory stylistically correct Swiss German; French language skills are an advantage. • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and for occasional deployments in Germany.
