For a Spitex and nursing operation in the Laupen BE area, we are looking for a committed Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / an engaged Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with joy in vocational training, high social competence, and interest in an appreciative team culture. What awaits you in this responsible task • Holistic and process-oriented nursing as well as care of clients • Responsibility for the training and guidance of HF students as well as FaGe apprentices • Planning, design, and implementation of learning support in everyday professional life • Promotion and support of trainees in their professional and personal development • Coordination of daily tasks within the nursing team • Collaboration in an interprofessional environment with outpatient and inpatient nursing services • Active co-shaping of an appreciative and learning-promoting working environment What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
