Desired profile • Bachelor HES in nursing or a title deemed equivalent • Significant experience in the field of community health • Training in team management or willingness to train with proven skills in human resources management • Ability to intervene effectively in practical situations and to mobilize the necessary resources to resolve problems encountered • Excellent organizational, adaptation, and anticipation skills, with great flexibility and proven stress management • Solution-oriented and continuous improvement • Knowledge of the RAI-HC method • Very good mastery of IT tools, knowledge of the software « Carefolio @home » would be an advantage Main missions • Support teams in the promotion and application of best practices • Promote support for change and actively participate in the implementation of projects • Ensure the management, analysis of activity and performance, monitoring and supervision of the human resources of their team • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the various teams and services within the network.
