RAI-/LTCF Supervisor 60-100% Your tasks As daily responsibility, you support and accompany the team through the daily work routine and demonstrate your organizational skills. You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons and other interfaces. You take responsibility for professional nursing and care of our residents. You help to shape the nursing processes in the long term. You organize your area of competence independently applying technical and internal standards and guidelines. As RAI Supervisor, together with our RAI expert, you take responsibility for the professional application of the interRAI LTCF instrument. You participate in the implementation and review of the internal InterRAI LTCF process, support the nursing team and shape the nursing plans. You ensure correct and traceable codings. Furthermore, you monitor and analyze RAI-specific and medical quality indicators.
