Integration Coach / Job Coach 70% Do you have a university degree in Social Work or do you bring an equivalent education and/or additional training as a job coach and/or in work pedagogy? In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the private sector. Advising young people comes easily to you. Ideally, do you bring experience in the acquisition of jobs for people with special needs? Would you like to take on a new challenge and take over the process-oriented coaching of young people during their training? For our Integration department, we are looking for a Integration Coach / Job Coach 60 - 80% starting in 2026 or by arrangement. Your qualification You are an action-oriented, independent, steadfast, and resilient personality who can proactively approach strangers. You possess very high communication skills, empathy, and humor. Networking comes easily to you. You are happy to commit yourself with motivation to young people with special needs so that they can find their place in society. You have negotiating skills, assertiveness, and are ready to take on responsibility. Interdisciplinary cooperation is a matter of course for you and you enjoy it. A network in the Zurich area is an advantage. In addition, you are accustomed to moderating meetings and bring dexterity in oral and written expression. Writing reports comes easily to you. A driver's license is an advantage. Your tasks Comprehensive advice and support for apprentices in our companies Coaching of apprentices at a decentralized training site as well as coaching of the trainers Acquisition and maintenance of internship and job positions in the primary labor market and in a protected framework Search for accommodation Follow-up care of the apprentices Leading progress meetings, participating in crisis meetings, writing reports and various protocols Advising young people and parents on financial and social insurance law issues as well as other social topics Interdisciplinary cooperation within the Stiftung Bühl as well as networking and cooperation with employers, social institutions, specialist centers, and authorities Participation in team meetings and intervision as well as contributing to the further development of the Integration department are part of your task.
