Communication / Vocational Marketing Manager (50 – 70 %) The OdA is an organization of the working world. Vocational training is our topic. We plan courses for around 500 apprentices in the fields of health and social services and conduct these with over 60 specialist lecturers from practice in our course center. We are committed to promoting young specialists and the development of vocational training. For training managers of the companies, we organize further education and information events. For our office, we are looking for, by arrangement, a Communication / Vocational Marketing Manager (50 – 70 %) These are your tasks You further develop our communication concept, plan measures and manage the implementation. You are responsible for the digital channels (content and community). You maintain the umbrella brand and continue to expand it with our partners. You ensure current vocational information for interested parties and companies and provide materials. Supported by a colleague, you organize events such as graduation ceremonies, vocational exhibitions and vocational championships and lend a hand on site. You create texts for web, newsletter, social media and reports. You network with other OdAs as well as external partners and specifically use synergies.
