Architect Preparation of construction cost accounts, tenders, cost management... Employment Permanent employment 100% Work location Rapperswil Requirements Basic training in construction: Zeichner/in EFZ, Bauleiter/in HFP, architecture studies and/or dipl. Techniker/in HF; experience in cost calculation with MesserliBAUAD is an advantage; knowledge of Swiss standards such as BKP, eBKP-H and NPK; strong flair for numbers, analytical and conceptual thinking; independent, responsible and efficient way of working; high level of initiative, confident appearance and communicative personality; proficient German in spoken and written form Field of activity Preparation of preliminary measurements and calculations for demanding new constructions and renovations; development of cost estimates and cost approximations as well as preparation of construction descriptions; development of fundamentals for the tender and TU tender phase; analysis of tender and planning documents; cost planning and cost control in all sub-phases (especially SIA phases 1-3); application of cost management in all SIA sub-phases; interface function in the integration of BIM in cost planning; communication in direct contact with the project/management
