Our client is looking for: Assistant in Community Care and Health (ASSC) in the field of disability #### MISSION DESCRIPTION • Integrate a multidisciplinary team and participate in global support. • Accompany residents in all daily life activities and provide personalized care. • Ensure delegated services, basic care and all activities related to a living space. • Dispense delegated medical acts in stable care situations. EXPECTED PROFILE • Have a certificate of capacity as an assistant in community care and health - CFC • Have a right to practice • Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of care. • Knowing the field of disability is an asset. • Appreciate multidisciplinary team work.
