The mission in APEMS is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, reflection and the formation of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily care of the group of children. Main mission(s) Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept while maintaining the global vision Accompany the group of children in the performance of daily activities as well as in the completion of their school homework and promote their autonomy Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child Participate in the general organization of the structure Assume specific administrative tasks Propose, manage and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders Include the various stakeholders in the care and education of the group of children Profile Title of early childhood educator (HES or ES) or socio-cultural worker (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE) Additional training as a practitioner trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a group of children Good knowledge of collective care settings and group dynamics Team spirit, comfortable in exchanges with parents Autonomy and responsible attitude Analytical, synthesis and proactive skills as well as improvement skills Ability to document one's own activity and that of the group of children Capable of developing a participatory process within one's team and within the group of children Special conditions Clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Split shifts from Monday to Friday Contract with activities during school holidays Salary class 7 Start date Immediately or to be agreed Offer Please send us your application and the usual documents by via the online form.
