Casa Babetta is a small, family-like private school in Hitzkirch (LU). Around 30 children and adolescents aged 4 to 16 learn, play, and develop with us in a mixed-age community. We are looking for a teacher with a secondary level I teaching diploma (workload 1-3 days per week depending on subject profile) to start immediately or by arrangement. You are an open, clear, and reflective person. You approach children, adolescents, and adults with appreciation and genuine interest and shape relationships authentically and reliably. You give young people trust and freedom, while simultaneously giving them orientation and reliable guidance. You enjoy working in exchange with others and appreciate a warm, dedicated team. At Casa Babetta, you accompany children and adolescents mindfully and present in their individual development. We create a framework in which they can learn, research, play, and discover their own path in a self-determined and self-organized manner. You accompany the secondary level adolescents on their way to an apprenticeship, a further school, or another suitable follow-up solution.
