For more information, visit: www.bachem.com To support our continuous organic growth, we are looking for a dedicated individual as QA Professional - QMS (a), 100%   Your tasks   Document management in eQMS • Responsibility for the document management module in the electronic quality management system • Maintenance, review, and tracking of quality-relevant documents • Ensuring that only current, approved, and valid documents are in circulation • Supporting departments in the creation, modification, and suspension of documents   Compliance checks & quality assurance • Conducting compliance checks to ensure adherence to document management guidelines • Supporting the preparation and follow-up of audits and inspections • Contributing to the continuous improvement of document and QMS processes   Collaboration & QMS development • Supporting the further development and optimization of the eQMS • Participating in cross-departmental quality and QMS projects   Your profile • Scientific or technical education (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmacy, life sciences) or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in the quality environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry • Basic to good knowledge of GMP requirements (Switzerland/EU/USA) • Experience in document management, ideally in an electronic QMS (at least 2 years) • Careful, structured, and reliable working method • Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration • Very good German and good English language skills • Experience with IT systems such as eQMS (e.g., Veeva), MS Office; SAP is an advantage   Our offer • Responsible tasks in the area of quality systems and compliance • Collaboration in a dynamic, growing environment • Flexible working hours and possibility for home office • Internal and external training opportunities • Attractive social benefits, including pension fund contributions • Modern infrastructure, employee restaurant, and sports facilities at the Bubendorf campus     Would you like to drive innovations forward with us?
