Production Manager Carpenter (m/w/d) – Laboratory \& Kitchen Construction Your area of responsibility: In this key position, you are the heart of our production. You not only coordinate wood and machines, but also lead people to success. Operational management: You control the daily production processes in the laboratory and kitchen construction sector and ensure timely delivery. Quality assurance: You monitor compliance with our high quality standards – after all, top researchers rely on our systems. Team leadership: You lead and motivate a seasoned team of specialists and promote efficient cooperation. What you bring Foundation: A completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training as a production specialist, master carpenter or technician HF. Requirements: Experience: Several years of professional experience in production (laboratory, kitchen or interior construction) as well as initial leadership experience. Mindset: You are flexible, accustomed to independent work and willing to take responsibility for your actions and your team.
