Berne, Suisse | 100-80% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute to <br /> • You analyze business and technical requirements and ensure a structured approach to business analysis and requirements engineering. • You ensure quality in the context of your development projects and perform functional and technical tests. • You provide support for operations in the context of the support service, analyze malfunctions and contribute to the stability and reliability of the system environment. • You work closely with specialized areas, development teams and external service providers. • You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and applications by proposing your own ideas. <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed higher education (HES, university) in business informatics, computer science or equivalent qualification is an advantage. • Professional experience in business informatics or computer science, preferably in the management of complex IT systems and IT architectures. • Knowledge of IT architecture, IT security and service management (ITIL); experience with agile working methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) would be an advantage. • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as a penchant for working in agile and multidisciplinary teams. • Good active knowledge of an official language, spoken and written, passive knowledge of a second language, as well as English skills. <br /> In a few words The Labour Directorate of the SECO is the Confederation's competence center for labor market policy and unemployment insurance.
