To complete our team within the gynecology and obstetrics department, at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a: Medical Assistant M/F at 80% ### The main missions of this position are ### • Schedule appointments in the electronic calendar • Ensure routine administrative follow-up: open, sort, and distribute mail, process emails, answer the phone • Ensure the proper administrative maintenance of medical files and billing follow-up • Assistance during consultations: preparation of the consultation and performance of technical procedures • Contribute to teamwork, act collegially with other medical assistant colleagues in the department • Ensure communication with external practices • Set up and tidy the consultation room We require ### • A CFC as a medical assistant, DFMS or a title deemed equivalent • Proven experience in a hospital establishment or a medical practice • Perfect mastery of the French language, oral and written, as well as excellent IT skills • A sense of responsibility, organization, and planning • A motivated, rigorous, dynamic person, with excellent communication skills • Application of and respect for institutional directives and procedures We offer ### HRC offers great employment and professional development opportunities across all its fields of activity: medical, nursing, medico-technical, hotel, administrative, technical, logistics.
