For our Mobile Care unit, OSAD Soins Mobiles-Les Toises; we are looking for a qualified nurse to intervene in the regions of Chablais Valaisan and Vaudois. Immediate start. Role description: Help and care for the patient, accompany them in the totality of their home care Participate in the assessment of needs in order to establish a precise care plan Intervene autonomously with the patient and take appropriate initiatives Ensure appropriate handovers for optimal follow-up and good communication with the team Participate in the coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team Working hours in the morning, during the day, in the evening and on weekends Participate in the on-call service Be mobile to intervene in the region of Chablais Vaudois and Valaisan: from Villeneuve to Sion Your profile: Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to evaluate complex situations Sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to take initiatives Knowledge of the home care field, an asset Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Required documents: Bachelor HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross Hold a driver's license and possess a vehicle We offer you: Regular working hours (no night shifts or weekend shifts) A multidisciplinary team An attractive salary A pleasant working environment
