The mission will cover the preparation of the project and the call for tenders, its presentation, then the takeover and management of operations on site. Facilities Manager Missions: • Supervise all general services (maintenance, security, cleaning) • Ensure the proper functioning of installations and equipment • Manage external service providers and ensure contract follow-up • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in force, particularly with regard to the environment, waste, etc. • Participate in the continuous improvement of working conditions • Manage budgets related to general services Profile: • Proven experience in a similar position • Mastery of English (spoken and written) • Training in the technical field or in general service management • Good knowledge of building maintenance and service provider management • Sense of organization, autonomy, and reactivity • Excellent relational skills
