Your new tasks ### • Active participation in the development of the central property management and co-design of future structures and processes • Ensuring efficient and correct administrative management of properties; the wide range of tasks extends from contract management to correspondence with rental partners, to invoicing and collection • Collaboration in managing the property accounting of our business properties • Maintaining relationships and close exchange with our external partner in the area of facility management (technical building maintenance, construction management, cleaning, etc.) What you bring ### • You have a commercial basic training and already have further education and/or experience in administrative property management • You have a very good command of the German language in word and writing • You have a good command of the French language in word and writing • You have very good knowledge of the application of Microsoft Excel • You have a pronounced sense of numbers and are stylistically secure in commercial correspondence • If you are also an open and interested personality who wants to develop ambitiously and grow in your task, then you are exactly right with us What we offer you ### 20% on the entire pfister range & discounts within the XXXLutz group Can be combined with other promotions 5 weeks of vacation An additional week can be purchased We promote junior staff with internal training courses We fill management positions internally whenever possible We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models 100% work in 4.5 days?
