It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Ergotherapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. Then you are the person we need to complete our Transcultural Psychiatry Device (DPT) team as a Psychologist Assistant Late in Training or Associate 80% THE MISSION The psychologists of the Transcultural Psychiatry Device (DPT) provide brief clinical interventions for patients from the migration population of the East Vaud region. The DPT's patient population is often in a situation of socio-administrative precariousness and requires, therefore, particular interdisciplinary follow-up. With interdisciplinary care, they participate in patient care as well as their families through individual or duo interviews. WE OFFER The DPT is a specialized device that, for some of its activities, is transverse to all services of the Fondation de Nant. Its mission is to promote the quality of care offered to patients from migration and to support the development of theoretical and practical skills in transcultural clinic within the East Vaud Psychiatric Sector and the regional network. Working in this device means putting your skills at the service of patients from migration and showing a unique listening ability to transculturality. We offer a stimulating work environment, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical reflection, and co-construction of projects according to each person's interests and skills. The position also includes an active role in clinical supervision, as well as possibilities for internal and external teaching, according to areas of interest and skills. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A psychologist with experience (minimum 3 years), holder of a Master's degree in psychology (or equivalent title) in late postgraduate training or holder of a psychotherapist title. The candidate must have an interest in working in a multidisciplinary team and in reflecting on patient care. Additionally, having experience in transcultural clinic and in the field of psychotraumatology is an asset. Holding a driver's license is mandatory.
